080204 Win98.
This doesn't work in all text fields. It worked for me on the "Additional
Comments" box which you'll see on this page. Write anything and cut with Ctrl+X,
then paste with Ctrl+V. It should paste double.

mjudge can reproduce this or correct it by adding a single carriage return 
between 2 tags in an HTML file. Something is seriously wacked here.
