Details

New developer tools are only available from en-US interface. In case they needed further beta testing, I would add a link in localized interfaces (https://addons.mozilla.org/ab/developers) so that this tool could get noticed (even it's only available in English). I would dare to say this is the only entry place for nominating addons, and surely other functions, and some developers which might not be commonly using en-US interface may be unaware of how nominating their addons (that was my case).
