You'll have better luck with http://support.mozilla.com , they can help you investigate the possible causes of this.
Was it really a crash after you got this message? Or did you just quit? If it crashed, did you submit the crash to Mozilla? If so enter about:crashes in your browser and there will be a link to crash data we would need to investigate this -- paste the link, or at least the crash ID, into this bug.
Did you check the profile directory as the message said? If you don't know where your profile is search for "profile" on the support site above and it will tell you where to look.
