Updated No Script, All-In-One Sidebar, DownItAll.
When Firefox restarted, Acceptance Policy page is displayed and must click on Accept, if not, add-on is removed.
In addition, welcome pages for No Script, All-In-One Sidebar display each time Firefox is started. Please see ID 470871 as same error is being experienced by this user.

2.Click on Accept
3.Firefox loads

Can you please look in your profile folder to see if there are any files like prefs-1.js or any other number.
