Right now nsIDOMNSCSS2Properties is in the same file as nsIDOMCSS2Properties. This leads to frequent mistakes in patches to add CSS properties, where people bump the IID for the wrong interface (since they're both multiple pages tall). So here's a patch to put nsIDOMNSCSS2Properties into its own file.
