After pointing mouse over image with tittle, I can read one first word or two, not the whole tittle content.
I believe, tooltip hide-timeout should be increased or (better) can be modified in about:config.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the http://xkcd.com/198/
2. Point you mouse cursor over the comics strip
3. Read the tooltip
Actual Results:  
I can read only first work, then the tooltip disappears.

Expected Results:  
I have enough time for the tooltip reading.
