The Bespin client should be able to install new commands that are hosted elsewhere on the web. For "Bespin Cloud" this is not important, because command sharing can be built-in to the server. But, if you have "Bespin Private", you may want to install a command from elsewhere.

No longer relevant, because the Rebooted Bespin has a much more sophisticated
plugin architecture and will have a variety of ways to get plugins into the
system.
