I just tagged r21556 which updates only /bin/.  I want to pick up the change in bug 468570 before stats run again tonight (8pm I think).

Additionally, please run this on the live database:

DELETE FROM update_counts WHERE date IN ('2008-12-04','2008-12-11','2008-12-25','2009-01-01','2009-01-08');

This requires no downtime.
Updated and SQL run.
