Details
file:///any_directory just displays Name, Size and Last Modified headers, but
doesn't display any files.
May be related to bug 34457

FYI, just rechecked (in case some of my other testing had destabilized Moz): I
still can't see any directories with file:. Perhaps it's a FreeBSD thing;
pollmann@netscape.com has a FreeBSD system available for testing.
Works for me on FreeBSD 4.1-STABLE (9 Aug) with Mozilla from CVS (11 Aug) and
M17 binary.

The bug was fixed sometime between ~8/10/00 and 8/21/00. Verified fixed in
fresh pull/clobber 8/21/00.
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
