Going to "Most Visited" and clicking on one of the URLs offered, it later shows up twice. It has happened also that several of the entries are duplicated, in one case even all of them. The duplicate usually goes away when selecting another site, or opening a URL directly, or when opening "Most Visited" a few times.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Most Visited, click on some link
2. Most Visited, above link now almost always shows up twice.

firefox-3.1-0.4.beta2.fc11.x86_64 from Fedora Rawhide.

This is not reproducible for me with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.2a1pre) Gecko/20090115 Minefield/3.2a1pre

the issue is the same for history menu and most visited.
