Attachment: After scrolling to the right with the arrow - ends a mikeal

When I scroll MozQA team members using the right arrow, they scroll until you get to mikeal and then stop.  See Attachment #1 [details] [diff].  But there are more names than that after mikeal!  So now try clicking the "next>" button a few times.  More names appear to the right!  It will stop at wsmwk.  That sounds about right.  I'll include an attachment #2 [details] [diff] [review] showing how it stops at wsmwk with the "next >" button.

Also, scrolling to the right with the right arrow shows different team members than scrolling left and right with the "< prev", "next >", or page numbers (1,2,3).

One more thing... The left scroll arrow never works!

This happens because there are "pages" (the bottom with <<prev and next>>) and also a carousel on each page. So really, it's confusing. We should keep one or the other.
a) only the arrows -- increases page load time, but if the # of users for community stays reasonable, that's fine
b) less convenient
There's also
c) Make the carousel load dynamically, but that may require more work. Not sure.

I would vote for a) though, it's easy and should work bug-free! (or so I claim... :) )
