When a parent mail folder is selected, repeatedly right-clicking a different mail-folder will open-close the selected folder

STR:
1. Create a parent & child folder in Thunderbird.
2. Select the parent folder.
3. Repeatedly (& somewhat rapidly) right-click another folder
ACTUAL RESULTS: Every few clicks, the selected parent-folder will toggle between open & closed.
See attached ogg video for a demonstration.
(Note: This is probably a core gecko issue, but I don't know XUL particularly well, so I'm not yet sure how to create a testcase that'd reproduce this in Firefox)

I can reproduce this on windows. I don't recall if it's a duplicate or core issue.

I can't reproduce on Mac (but with touchpad).
Can you reproduce this on your OS of choice?

Cannot reproduce. Context menu renders and no folder states are modified, despite repeated fast opening and closing of the context menu.
iMac 27" on macOS Catalina 10.15.7 (19H2) with a Logitech G-Pro wired USB mouse, on Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.15; rv:78.0) Gecko/20100101 Thunderbird/78.10.2.
