Details
We need to salvage the part of 463830 that didn't get checked in due to string freeze. We should also improve it by asking the decoder whether there's an active video track (if there is, the title will be "<filename> <type> Video", otherwise "<filename> <type> Audio", so the <type> will just be "Ogg" or "Wave") and we'll display the right thing for ambiguous ".ogg" files. This will not be targeting 1.9.1.
Do we really want the title as "<filename> <type> Video" Adding the type and scale information in title for images is already causing bug 470630 Why cant we use "Status Bar" to display this information. And an average home user never care this info.
