When the address bar has no text in it the "Go" arrow at the right of the address bar should have a "disabled" look or be removed since clicking it doesn't do anything.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Delete all the text in the address bar
2.Click the "Go" arrow
Actual Results:  
Nothing should happen

Expected Results:  
The "Go" arrow should have had a "disabled" look or been removed
