Currently Talos is running buildbot 0.7.5.  It would be nice from a maintainability point of view to have it running the same version as our build/unittest master, which is currently 0.7.9 + some patches.

We had an outage on qm-rhel02 (from 473084), and in the absence of any other instructions I've restarted both perfmaster and tryperfmaster with a simple 'buildbot start' command. So both are running as v0.7.9, hope that's the desired result.
