reed, I filled out the commiter agreement 9 years ago.
I may not have updated to the new one yet, but I was told there's no rush.

For people with existing access to a VCS repository, that's somewhat true, though, imho, the "no rush" part of that has run out of time. I will be speaking with gerv about that very soon so we can start locking people out who haven't signed the new form.

However, for any new accounts (SVN is completely separate from Hg, so this is considered a new account), we must have the new Committer's Agreement on file before this request can move forward.

I hope you're going to give several warnings per mail, with 2 months in between.

My understanding is that gerv has already been pinging people and warning people for a while, so I don't think we need any more extended time. As I said, I will check with him on this, though.
