Left over from this morning I think. Going to most URLs work but https://addons.mozilla.org/ doesn't.
Has worked for me.
Try opening another browser (so you're not logged in) -- seems to load a blank page.
Looks like the base redirect is cached as a blank page. NS flush?
Try now?
A server that broke earlier this morning finally resurrected itself and the bad content was cached. Addons works again and I am fixing that server now.
