The applet worked until about 2 weeks ago. The applet still works on windows using the same version of Firefox. The installed java runtime is the latest available (java 6 update 11). Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open https://ibank.cib.hu/Applet2.html Actual Results: Firefox freezes Expected Results: Firefox should launch the java applet, or if it has error, it should report this, but shouldn't freeze.
Version: unspecified → 3.0 Branch
By updating java the problem is solved. Nevertheless Firefox should not hang because of a bug in the java engine or in the applet.
