I am not seeing the security warning dialogue on this site with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090225 SeaMonkey/2.0b1pre - Build ID: 20090225002108 - Although I do have the broken lock notification on the statusbar.
(Nor, fwiw, do I see the problem in Minefield 3.2a1pre)

NB I use NoScript.
SeaMonkey - Have you setting Edit->Preferences->Privacy & Security->SSL->SSL Warnings->Viewing a page with an encrypted/unencrypted mix ?

I can confirm this problem with Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090225 Shiretoko/3.1b3pre (.NET CLR 3.5.30729)

Philip, have I mark this bug as Core Product?

Have now! However the dialogue is working fine in both Seamonkey and Minefield (ids as comment #5)
NB I see only one button for OK - none for Cancel
This is WFM with:
Build identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; rv:1.9.1b3pre) Gecko/20090221 SeaMonkey/2.0b1pre

OK. I can see the problem now.
I forgot to mention "Alert me whenever I'm about to view an encrypted page that contains some unencrypted information" check. Sorry.

Me too.
Duping forward as the other bug contains more info. Too bad nobody looked at the regression range in Comment 3, that would have helped to track down which bug caused this.
