In Saved Searches if you add a Customized header (e.g. Sender or Reply-To) you only get a choice of methods appropriate for those containing strings, but not for those that may contain email addresses.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. New Saved Search
2. Customize field name
3. Reply To
4. Look at choices
Actual Results:  
"contains" "is" "begins" "ends"

Expected Results:  
these plus "is in address book" and "isn't in address book"

I want this because these headers often indicate specifics about email lists. In this case I have an Address Book of addresses indicating an email comes from a mailing list (rather than an individual) and I want to search 

"Reply-To" "is in Adderss Book" "mailing lists"

Without knowing underlying data structures, this seems an arbitrary restriction?

The restriction is somewhat arbitrary. Customized headers could be anything - but it does not necessarily make sense to allow all of the possibilities, like allowing it to be a tag for example.

Still, I don't this this would be very difficult to do, and I can see the logic. Seems like a legitimate request. Maybe I can add this the next time I am hacking in that part of the code.

Isn't this a dupe of bug 315258? Will fixing it in Filters NOT make Saved searches pick it up automatically?
