47486 - Classic skin: (Biff)Inbox new mail icon fails to appear

Mac (2000-08-03-04 M17) 
Mac (2000-08-02-09 M18) 
1. Launch Messenger, switch it to Classic skin
2. Set server to check message every minute and auto download message
3. Exit and re-launch
4. Select POP or IMAP account.
5. Do a Get message and enter password
6. From another platform, send a message to this account
Actual result: After 1 minute, new message arrives, but no new message icon
appears in the Inbox 
Expected result: new message icon should appear in Inbox.

Have not tested other platforms yet.

This problem also occurs on Win_nt 4.0 too.

Unable to test Linux because unable to switch to classic.

It is important to restart the whole app after switching skins--for the biff 
icons to work properly.
The new mail icons have also been checked in When I tested everything was 
working ok. Marking fixed. 
Please test again and let me know if it is still not working.

This bug is gone on Mac.
However BIFF fails on Linux and Win32. Please bug 49762.
