Initial patches to improve UI and Theme for Firefox and SeaMonkey in Haiku.

Have not been tested on other platforms and will more than likely break the BeOS build.

The 1.8 branch will only accept security and stability patches. a RFE such as this is likely to be WONTFIXed at least for the toolkit/themes and themes/ patches. The BeOS drivers may have different rules.
