Steps to Reproduce:
1.start mozilla
2.go to www.dir.bg
3.look at menu

Actual Results:  menu at left blinks onload and after that

Expected Results:  menu don have to blink

can't actually load www.dir.bg on my machine (080308, win95): windows runs low
on resources and won't respond until moz is terminated.  This may be a seperate
bug...anyone?

pp? No blinking on linux 2000-080208 (m18)

(A troubled page, however: The cyrillic characters are all replaced with
squares, while NC4.72 show fonts there correct.)

can someone else test with on win95?  The page takes forever to load (I
eventually killed moz with ctrl-alt-del, cause it was responding so slowly).
Either reopen this or open a new bug please.
