It's inconsistent to have no Close Tab icon when you can close the tab using the context menu.

This happens today in the case of a single tab open.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Have just one tab open.
Actual Results:
No "Close Tab" icon but can close by other means.

Expected Results:
Either remove the "other means" or show the icon.

Either show the icon or remove the context menu item (or gray it out). And obviously the key combo to close the tab has to be consistent also.

Personally I don't mind whether we go the "show icon" or "remove capability" route.
