4752 - nested or overlapping bold/italic/underline operations delete or move about content incorrectly

Bring up the editor app core.  make a line or two of text bold.  remember what
the text is.  make an interior portion of it italic.  remember what that was.
now look at what you get - some text will be missing.

For a different look at the same problem, make the italic portion overlap the
begining of the bold portion.  This may cause some text to be moved to a new
location.

Greg, I recommend assigning this to Steve, and Steve can reassign to me if this
somehow is more range gravity woes.  Or if Steve is doomed you should assign
straight to me.

Note: to see text moved about mysteriously (the second case described above) you
have to make the original bold selection span muliple lines.

I believe this is a duplicate of a bug I submitted against kipp.  I'll look into
it.
