Details

Incoming messages in the Fastpath webchat client should play a sound so that the user knows a message was received.  Some users leave the chat window minimized, unaware that a helper has taken the question and typed a response.

In Firefox 3.1+, this should use <audio>.  For all other browsers, Flash should be used.  At a minimum, two sounds are needed - for incoming messages and for when a chat session begins.
I'm WONTFIXing this, since we don't have Live Chat at the moment and even if we decide to have one in the future it would be using different technology.
