Today I tried to re-use the same local hg repo (cloned via OS X) from within my new Windows installation. I've installed the build system v1.3 but any hg command fails with the following error message:

abort: requirement 'fncache' not supported!

Currently we use version 1.0.1+20080525 which is a bit too old. The support for the fncache repo format was included in version 1.1.

Benjamin, do you plan any further updates to the Windows build system?

I thought there would be a bug on updating Hg in MozillaBuild, but I guess not. It's not very high priority, since 1.0 is very functional, but 1.1 has some nice features that would be good to pick up.
At least the update to 1.1 is necessary if you decide to use the same local repository for your OSX, Linux, and Windows installation. If you clone mozilla-central on OSX, you cannot re-use it on Windows right now. I've modified it locally to v1.1.1 and it works well.
I'm going to bump it to 1.2.1 since that's the latest release version.

Will pick this up in MozillaBuild 1.4 when I get some other changes landed.
