As per discussion in bug 470331, we need a more permanent link in the SUMO footer that points to the release notes of the latest version of Firefox, e.g. http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/latest/releasenotes/ instead of http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/3.0.5/releasenotes/.

That implies not, but I want to check so I can add it to my todo list for releases.

We can't use mod_rewrite for this, but it's doable using LATEST_FIREFOX_VERSION.

I either need an a=jslater or he can do it through kubla with his other pushes.
