I already have SVN access, and also need hg access ( I have signed a contributor agreement ).
Every VCS is separate, requiring new vouchers.

What in Hg do you need access to?
OS: Mac OS X → All
Hardware: x86 → All

Sorry, Just 'users' for now, so I can create aking_mozilla.com or whatever.
Same issue as bug 472736. We don't have any such policy or procedure for people who just want to use Hg for repos.

You do know you can set up an Hg repo from anywhere, right? You don't have to have a central location like hg.m.o, unlike CVS and SVN.
