Hardware: compaq 133
System OS: win95
1. Launch apprunner
2. Open Messenger via Task menu
3. Notice there is a new area to the right of Thread pane, it's filled with
unrecognizable garbage.
4. Notice the separator bar between Sidebar (folder)pane and Thread pane is
missing, can't resize panes correctly.
If I try to resize by dragging the left side of the message pane to the left,
strange things start happening...unpredictable resizing.
Also happens on build Apr8 (1999040809)
Changing Priority to P1, can't really test mail with this. Possibly related to
linux bug 4757

Per mscott, this is a cross-platform bug; changing Platform to All. Closing off
the separate Linux bug we entered on this.
Also, this bug is a M4 stopper since it's a regression from M3 and it prevents
our further testing. Engineering: Pls mark this as M4 target milestone.
RE: win32 April 8 evening build (Apr 08 10:41:00)
and Linux april 9 build (1999-04-08-18 and 1999-04-09-08)
This problem is fixed.
