If I try to customise the toolbars and drag icons off the first icon works. The second I get no indication of dragging and it doesn't move. Releasing the mouse button and trying again works.
What build id? In this case, it matters quite a bit, since I used to see that, and then we recently unforked the customization stuff, and now I don't.
Sorry you're quite right it must have been an old build, seems to be working after hte update.
