Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Sunbird with new profile

Actual Results:
New Event, New Task, New Calendar, Export, Publish, Import, Reload, Print and other commands are disabled in toolbar and menu.

Expected Results:
Commands are enabled after startup.

Additional Information:
Commands will be enabled after moving focus to task list or calendar view.
Regression range: Works in Sunbird 1.0pre (2009-01-30-08-06-10)
                  Fails in Sunbird 1.0pre (2009-01-30-08-32-49)
