Trying to send an email with a Chinese filename. When we rename it to English it sends fine. Have no problems receiving or forwarding, just when we try to attach the file.

Sending of message failed.
Unable to open the temporary file C:\...\___.xls. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a file with a chinese name and attach it to thunderbird and click send
2.
3.
Actual Results:
prompts

Sending of message failed.
Unable to open the temporary file C:\...\___.pps. Check your 'Temporary Directory' setting.

Expected Results:
should be able to send the email like any other normal email.

Because of this, we have to use another program such as gmail to send attachments with Chinese File Names. I believe this problem also occurs with any non english, such as Japanese as well.
It's fixed for tb3.
