Have you enabled menu option View > Current View > Tasks in View?
Really you're right. This option is disabled by default. It is possible to duplicate this option in lighting options?

Go into the View menu, then into the submenu for the actual view.

Ok, i understand. I make this bug as closed. But I think it is good idea to duplicate this option somewhere in Tools/Options and Lighting tab.
