The contributors toolbox should be on pretty much every page once someone is logged in. It's especially important on the following pages:
The contributor home page
Articles about how to help (tutorials)
(I'd like it on forum pages as well but understand that that is probably a little harder to do).
This way, people have links to the contributor forum and to things that are talked about in various instructions while they're on the relevant pages.
I think this is doable from https://support.mozilla.com/tiki-admin_modules.php but the interface isn't making it easy to figure out how.

Nelson, is it possible to assign a module to more than one theme?

Chris: as I just tested yesterday, yes, it is. But you have to assign it again, and put in the new theme parameter.

What is the new theme parameter?

I never got an answer to comment 4, so I just created a second module with identical content, but assigned to a different theme. The original is assigned in mozkb.css and the new one is assigned to mozad.css.
