When editing, or doing nothing in the Options menu, the OK button does nothing.

I have to either use cancel or x.

Settings are still saved regardless.

This works fine for me. Please retest in safe-mode http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Safe+Mode and if the problem still occurs, with a new profile http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Basic+Troubleshooting#Make_a_new_profile

Please reopen with more information if you still can reproduce the issue with the latest trunk nightly build and a new profile:
