This occurs on the latest nightly builds for Shiretoko and Minefield with Mozmill 1.0.2. Essentially, no matter if the profile is old or just created, the Mozmill title under the Tools menu shows in red. Also, the error console provides no messages or errors pertinent to this issue after installation on a new profile or even when running the Add-on.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new profile
2. Go to Tools | Add-ons
3. Search and Install Mozmill on to the profile.
Actual Results:
Mozmill title in red text under Tools menu.
Expected Results:
Mozmill title in black text under Tools menu.

Fixed by removing some css, been fixed for a while

Not so long. The latest xpi Mikeal send around still had this red menu item. But now it's fixed.
