Build Identifier: Firefox version 3.0.6

A Gecko browser when not identifying are after providerfiles.com is entered sent to a page which reads "Secured Connection Failed"  "providerfiles.com uses an invalid security certificate."  A link is shown to "providerfiles.com" When the link is clicked in a Gecko browser not identifying as IE a page is shown reading "Your browser is not supported by PROVIDERfiles.com.
Please download Internet Explorer at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/default.asp to view this site. "  The main page does load as in IE, if the user agent string is masked as IE.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to providerfiles.com with the default user-agent string.
2.  Click the providerfiles.com link

Actual Results:  
A browser not supported string comes up.

Expected Results:  
The main page should be shown.

INCOMPLETE due to lack of activity since the end of 2009.

If someone is willing to investigate the issues raised in this bug to determine whether they still exist, *and* work with the site in question to fix any existing issues, please feel free to re-open and assign to yourself.
