I can see the issue with Seamonkey 1.9.1 but this could be caused by CSS positioning. A minimized testcase is needed...
I am not working with any test cases, i am just playing with a new version
and I found it.
1. enter the url walla.co.il
2. hold the Ctrl button and press (-) to reduce the resolution.
I am working with processor: Intel dual and os: vista and resolution: 1280X1024. 32 bit.

I mean: I can see the issue but someone has to create a reduced testcase. With a reduced testcase you can see if this is a real bug and the Layout developers can't work with such a huge page and also need a minimized testcase.
what do you mean "testcase"? Isn't it the steps that I sent you? which kind of information do you need?

If by "some of application go down" you mean that the left column drops to below the rest, then yes, I see this too in latest Firefox 3.1 on Linux.
moshfeu: A reduced testcase for this would be a set of steps to reproduce that don't involve using someone's live webpage, but rather just a simplified attachment here that has only the necessary parts to trigger the issue.
OS: Windows Vista → All
Hardware: x86 → All
Version: unspecified → 3.1 Branch
hey..
sorry, I wasn't be around in a last days.
I'm happy that I finally be understood. You right it's maybe too much reduced, and thanks for your attention.

Other bugs where zooming changes layout include bug 417278 and bug 442765.
Keywords: testcase-wanted
Summary: At reduce display one minus (-) or more, some of application go down → The layout of walla.co.il changes drastically when I zoom out (Ctrl+-)
This is a pixel rounding error when zooming out; a constrainer wrapper makes the sidebar plus its 1px border fit exactly next to the main content at 100% zoom, but when at 90%, things don't round correctly anymore, and the sidebar jumps below the main content.

There's a reduced testcase in comment 8 that makes this bug easily reproducible. Still seems to affect current Minefield. I'm pretty sure this is a dupe of bug 417278, but if anyone knows otherwise please dupe elsewhere or reopen and file it where it needs to be.
