Currently on n810 the canvas size is fixed, but app can be either fullscreen or smaller. zoomToPage zooms in too far so pages require horizontal panning to navigate.

We now zoom out to show the entire viewport width on page load. Very wide pages may still require horizontal panning because we intentionally set a minimum zoom level of 20%. Otherwise pages appear very tiny, c.f. bug 538597.
