I have checked History Sync in my profile. But when Weave syncs, in the log there is no record pointing to that History Sync is working. Also on the secodn computer the history does not get synced, so i'm guessing that Weave does not even try to sync History

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable History Sync
2.Sync

Actual Results:  
History sync does not run

Expected Results:  
History Sync should run

Can you check the value of the "extensions.weave.engine.history" preference in about:config?

Yes, in about config it is true.

Ah, sorry, I just saw the user-agent string in comment #0.  Unfortunately, history sync will only work on Firefox 3.1, so this bug is WONTFIX.
