Attachment: Modification to click input handler to detect foreword/backward tap pairs

This modifies Fennec's double click behavior.  Normally, this results in a zoom in or zoom out.  With this patch, a double click where the second click is significantly to the left or right of the first will act as a shortcut for the forward or back buttons, depending on the direction of the taps.  For example, a middle finger tap followed by a forefinger tap would go back to the previous page.

This is designed to make navigation easier without having to pan.  This is especially useful after clicking on the wrong link.

combee, checkout bug 476425. You might be able to work your gestures into that general purpose patch
