I checked in a change to http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/ , as the CVS log shows: http://bonsai-www.mozilla.org/cvslog.cgi?file=mozilla-org/html/hacking/notification/index.html&rev=&root=/www/ - but the change is not showing up. In fact, the other files I checked in at the same time are still being sent in their old versions.

See bug 476990 which Dave said was fixed...
Possibly related to bug 477056 - you're getting content from Amsterdam right (ping www.mozilla.org is probably 63.245.213.12 if I'm right)?
