Description of problem:
I would like to use boolean queries to search for all bugs which had a custom field 'changedto' contain STRING. Currently, i can only search for bugs which changed to contain the exact string STRING. But I would like to be able to search for 'changedto substring' rather than 'changedto exact' since many bugs contain more than just STRING in the custom field (custom whiteboard) and are thus not found using this method of search.

Maybe there's an alternative here? Otherwise, i would ask to have this implemented as a FutureFeature.
