We need an hg acount for Rohana Dasanayaka to contribute to the ta-LK localization.

I'm vouching based on my and Simon's reviews in bug 420023.

We'll do a review of bug 420016, too.

Rohana, please attach your ssh key to this bug, and we need your contributor agreement, too. Details on that can be found on http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/notification/, the form is on http://www.mozilla.org/hacking/committer/committers-agreement.pdf.
