User has saved search with name "Mikłosz" and now when accessing this search or trying manage saved searches gets message:

1. search anything
2. save search with non-ascii char in name, eg. mikłosz
3. try executing/accessing saved search or saved search tab in preferences
Actual Results:  
internal error occurs

Expected Results:  
search is executed or
bugzilla displays list of saved searches to manage
