Hi, Re-tested this issue on Windows 10 an Ubuntu on different firefox versions: latest nightly 67.0a1, beta 66.0b9, release 65.0.1 and the issue won't occur(in the default state and at the left header is "Title" and on the left header is "URL"). Even both URL's are displayed left-right side at the top of preview mode page.

Liviu, I'm having a hard time understanding what you said in comment 3.
You said "the issue won't occur", which sounded like you didn't see the bug.
But then you said "both URL's are displayed left-right side", which sounds like you did see the bug.
Anyway: I retested just in case, and I can still reproduce (in a recent Nightly 67 build), using the data-URI testcase and steps from duplicate bug 1112298. The URL is shown both at the top left and the top right, specifically in print-preview, and that's the bug.

Hi Daniel, my bad, sorry. I've skipped your 1st comment. If the page has no title both URL's positioned (left-right side) will appear. Tks
