I get the following error in Thunderbird when I have the Lightning add-on enabled

Exception... "Component returned failure code: 0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE) [mozIStorageConnection.createTable]"  nsresult: "0x80004005 (NS_ERROR_FAILURE)"  location: "JS frame :: file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Owner/Application%20Data/Thunderbird/Profiles/nr11yees.default/extensions/%7Be2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103%7D/components/calStorageCalendarModule.js -> file:///C:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Owner/Application%20Data/Thunderbird/Profiles/nr11yees.default/extensions/%7Be2fda1a4-762b-4020-b5ad-a41df1933103%7D/js/calStorageCalendar.js :: anonymous :: line 1236"  data: no]

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Turn Lightning add-on on
2. retstart thunderbird
3.
Actual Results:
Thunderbird starts up with about 15 error screens. Lightning starts up but none of the functions work.

I have tried uninstalling/reinstalling lightning and Thnuderbird. Same error.

I have been using Tbird for some years on Vista - no problems, it's excellent.

Yesterday I downloaded Lightning. When I print to NitroPDF or xps - first time nothing happens, second time, the pdf or xps file is created, but Tbird crashes. It happens every time - no exceptions.

I then downloaded Sunbird, thinking that perhaps the integration was faulty. Exactly the same thing happens.

Second point. The printed document is a total waste of paper. Could these changes be made:
1. Italic headings be eliminated - each takes a new line.
2. The surrounding boxes removed - they also take up lines.
3. The date be put at the start, before the title, rather than on a new line. More generally, there should be a great deal more control by the user over the formatting.
billpender, Do you get the same error message that Michael gets? If not, this is better placed in a separate bug. Also, only one bug/enhancement per issue. Please search for bugs related to enhancing the printout first, I believe we have quite a few. The issue for print working only the second time is bug 351581. For crashing, please file a new bug and include the talkback incident ID obtained after submitting the crash report to mozilla.

Michael, do you still have the mentioned problem with 1.0pre? Please try using a clean profile to see if this fixes the errors for you?

I am actually using version 0.9. I have not tired version 1.0pre.

I still get the error message, but am able to sync my calendar with Google Calendar, so I am able to at least view.
Michael, have you tried Lightning 1.0pre (in Thunderbird 3.0 RC2) in the meantime? Can you still reproduce the problem as reported in comment#0?
