It has returned. Lots of truncates with no corresponding "create". Sounds like the same old problem again with a different table this time.

fix from mindtouch applied. Dump: real 1m52.036s user 0m29.387s sys 0m7.901s Restore: real 6m46.774s user 0m20.486s sys 0m5.205s
