Steps to reproduce

1.enable TSF (set intl.enable_tsf_support to true at about:config)
2.open some web page that has textbox
3.input text "あいうえお" and hit [Enter] (commit them)
4.input "あ"
5.hit [変換] or SPACE key.
6.repeat step 5 until IME starts to RE-convert of "あいうえお"

Alternative Steps to reproduce:
1.enable TSF (set intl.enable_tsf_support to true at about:config)
2.open multiple tabs
3.open "list all tabs" panel
4.set focus to sreach box in "list all tabs" panel
5.enable IME
5.input "あ" 
6.open candidate window by hitting SPACE

We dropped supporting TSF on WinXP and WinServer 2k3. So, this bug won't be fixed.
